Founder Community Formed (December 1, 2009) - The Humaneering Institute is launching the Founder Community in response to a growing chorus of requests from people of all walks of life and all parts of the world who want to support the development of humaneering technology.

According to Board Director, Dr. Robert Wyatt, "when people become familiar with humaneering, they are understandably intrigued with the potential for making full use of human-science and -practice knowledge in the design and management of people's work." The Founder Community enables people to support this vision by become official Founders of the Institute and thereby supporting humaneering's development.

The Founder Community is the Institute's attempt to reach out to all segments of our global society for support. The Institute wants people to know that they don't need to be a research scholar, industry executive, or Institute staff member in order to support the development of humaneering technology.

Individuals can become a Founder by making a financial contribution of at least US$40. Upon receipt of financial contribution of US$40 or more, the Institute will recognize the contributor with an official certificate authenticating their role as Founders of the Humaneering Institute. In addition, Founders receive periodic email updates from the Institute to keep them informed of significant achievements and plans.
