Development System

Maintaining an open source development system with rigorous decision processes is a principle responsibility of the Institute. This responsibility includes four major functions:

• Translating the purpose of humaneering technology into actionable development objectives
• Institutionalizing a system and process for perpetually developing humaneering technology
• Attracting and facilitating a volunteer network of scholars, practitioners, and managers
• Maintaining a system of unbiased review panels and boards to oversee humaneering's development
