New Career Opportunities Await Licensed Humaneering Practitioners - Humaneering technology creates substantial new potential for companies to improve their operations, and for individuals to increase their human capital (i.e., potential to create economic value). To seize the potential readily available with humaneering, management will need the services of people who are educated, experienced, and licensed to practice this new technology.
Three levels of professional practice and licensure have been designated, each requiring a commensurate level of higher education, supervised experience, and qualifying examination. Effective April 2010, the Institute will begin licensing individuals according to the following schedule:

* Because of the limited availability of people qualified to instruct this course, the Professional Certificate in Applied Humaneering Technology is generally available only to Institute staff, selected development volunteers, and selected members of field-trial host organizations.
